Convectionwares locking mechanism:
Convectionware uses a unique locking mechanism between the base and the lid which seals the heat molecules in to create the convection environment. Not only does this facilitate the time it takes to cook each meal, but it also helps to infuse the flavors of the herbs and spices you have chosen into the dish. After preparing your meal, simply place Convectionware into the 450 oven for the prescribed time. Handling your Convectionware when HOT: When cooking is complete, use the cloth liner or a hot pad to take the Convectionware out of the oven. Convectionware has a patent-pending design which makes use of the most common of all kitchen tools: the fork. Using the tines of any regular sized fork, simply place it into the top stainless steel handle (see diagram) while holding the side handle with the cloth liner, turn counter-clockwise applying pressure to the fork to release and viola, a freshly prepared, healthy dish awaits you. ![]() |
